Pathfinder hosts over 340 Ghosts & Ghouls for Halloween

EDMESTON, NY, November 1, 2022 鈥� 蜜桃视频 pulled out all the stops with its eighth annual Community Trick-or-Treat event on Saturday. Over 340 trick-or-treaters enjoyed a safe and spooky afternoon visiting Pathfinder鈥檚 livable campus.
As part of the fun, 11 of the Village鈥檚 residences decorated pumpkins for community guests to vote on. 鈥淒own on the Farm鈥� by Butternut House was this year鈥檚 Best Overall entry and 鈥淯nder the Sea鈥� by Otsego House won the Judge鈥檚 Choice award.
鈥淭his is one of our ways to thank our local communities for their year-round support for our non-profit agency,鈥� said Development Assistant Monica Clark, who helped organize the campus-wide event. 鈥淲e love hosting families who enjoy exploring our beautiful community and visiting with our residents. The memories that are created at our Pathfinder events are cherished by families and strengthen our community.鈥�
Another popular feature was the Haunted Hallway at the Village Commons, decorated by the Village鈥檚 Enrichment Department with the help of volunteers from NYCM Insurance. The hallway was staffed by the 鈥淪care Squad,鈥� which included members of the Village residents鈥� advocacy group, Council Rock, and college students representing the Center for Social Responsibility and Community from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
The Art Miller Family of Burlington Flats provided candy for the event, and the Pathfinder Bakery & Caf茅 offered coffee and hot cocoa to guests. Pictures of the afternoon are featured on the Village鈥檚 Facebook page .
